We began with deep market research, analysing competitor activity, reviewing existing industry campaigns, and understanding exactly who they were targeting. From this, we built a strategy that went beyond the standard industry approach while still aligning with the sector’s core interests.

Our goal was simple: create content that would immediately capture attention and establish authority.
Our first step was to build Construction Crew’s digital footprint, starting with a fully optimised website and consistent social media presence. We then developed a four-pillar content system centred around Education, Entertainment, Authenticity, and Connectivity.

To bring this strategy to life, we launched a series of episodic content pieces, including “How to Build a Biogas Site from A to Z”, which gained significant traction across the sector. A key driver of its success was that no other company in the industry was producing on-site, real-time content, allowing Construction Crew to stand out as the most transparent and innovative voice in the space.

Through the content and digital strategy, we secured 11 new clients, expanded their customer base, and delivered a 20% revenue increase, adding £960,000 in additional income.

Beyond brand growth and client acquisition, our work also played a key role in securing a major site extension project valued at £15 million, marking one of the company’s most significant commercial wins to date.
