Event Production

Conference content that outlives the day.

Multi-camera stage capture, session recordings, delegate interviews and highlights, a year of content from one day in the room.

01Overview

One day, a content library

A conference concentrates your audience, your speakers and your energy into a single day. Filming it properly turns that into assets you can use until the next one.

We cover the stage, the room and the conversations around it, then deliver highlights fast enough to matter and session content that keeps working.

04How we produce

  1. 01

    Run-of-day planning

We work from your schedule, identifying the moments worth capturing before the doors open.

  2. 02

    Set-up

Multi-camera positions, audio feeds from the desk and lighting that respects the room.

  3. 03

    Capture

Stage, audience, interviews and detail, covered by a crew used to working invisibly.

  4. 04

    Fast turnaround

Same-week highlights and social cutdowns while the event still has momentum.

  5. 05

    Content library

The full edit broken into a library of assets you can use for a year, not a week.

07Useful to know

How many cameras does a conference need?

Two as a minimum for a stage, a locked wide and a close operator, plus a roaming camera if you want the room and the audience in the story.

Audio matters more than camera count. Taking a feed from the sound desk, with backups, is what makes session recordings usable.
