Event Production

Cutdowns that keep the event alive.

Vertical, captioned clips drip-fed after the event, so one day of filming fills a quarter of content.

01Overview

The event lasts a day. The content shouldn't.

Most event footage is used once, in the week after the event, and then archived. That's the waste we're trying to remove.

We cut the day into a scheduled library of clips, speaker moments, insights, reactions and atmosphere, released over the following months.

04How we produce

  1. 01

    Run-of-day planning

We work from your schedule, identifying the moments worth capturing before the doors open.

  2. 02

    Set-up

Multi-camera positions, audio feeds from the desk and lighting that respects the room.

  3. 03

    Capture

Stage, audience, interviews and detail, covered by a crew used to working invisibly.

  4. 04

    Fast turnaround

Same-week highlights and social cutdowns while the event still has momentum.

  5. 05

    Content library

The full edit broken into a library of assets you can use for a year, not a week.

07Useful to know

How many clips can one event produce?

A full-day conference with several speakers can comfortably yield thirty to fifty usable short clips.

The limit is usually how much of the day was filmed with clipping in mind, which is a planning question rather than an editing one.
