London Marriott Event 2026

The brief

Costa Global Capital brought around a hundred investors together for a single day at the London Marriott Heathrow. They came in from Italy, India, Romania and Dubai among others, as well as from across London. Ranjan Bhattacharya, Immanuel Ezekiel and Mario Costa spoke.

When people have flown in from four continents for one afternoon, the footage carries more weight than usual, and you get one attempt at it. There is no second take on a keynote and no reshoot of a room that exists for a day.

What we produced

Three crew across the day, so the stage could be covered properly while the room, the arrivals and the conversations between sessions were captured at the same time.

Multi-angle coverage of the speakers, so a talk can be cut rather than held on one wide shot for its full length.

Photography running alongside the film throughout, which gave the day a full set of stills without a second team in the room.

Three deliverables off the one day: a main film, a shorter highlight cut, and the photography.

The outcome

Costa ran the films as paid advertising as well as organic social. That is the harder test of event footage: a cut that works as an ad has to hold a cold audience who were not there, rather than simply remind the people who were.
