The project
An eighty-person business mastermind in Albania, run by National Property Club alongside Savoys Properties and 5D Program. We covered the retreat end to end and cut it into a film that sells the room rather than the itinerary.
The brief
National Property Club took eighty people to Albania for a business mastermind, run alongside Savoys Properties and 5D Program. The agenda was stacked: keynote sessions, an address from Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama, a stadium closed for the group, a vineyard, and speakers flown in on acquisition, negotiation and the tokenisation of real world assets.
An event like that is easy to under-sell. The value is not the itinerary, it is the room, and a recap film that lists what happened captures none of it. The brief was to come away with something that makes the next intake want to be there.
What we produced
Multi-camera coverage through the keynote sessions, so the speakers could be cut properly rather than held on one angle for the length of a talk.
Roaming coverage across the whole agenda, from the stadium to the vineyard to the conversations between sessions, which is where most of the useful material on a trip like this actually happens.
Interviews recorded with speakers and attendees on site, between sessions, while people were still in it. That timing matters: the same questions asked a week later get considered answers instead of honest ones.
Photography alongside the film throughout, so the event had stills for its own channels and for the next campaign without a second shoot.
The outcome
A highlight film carried by the attendees rather than a voiceover. The scale of the trip is in the footage and the reason to be there is in what people say about the room, which is the part that sells the next one.
A stills library from the same visit, covering the sessions, the venues and the group, usable across the club's channels and in recruitment for future retreats.
